Le Syracuse will offer a choice of three (3) fine dining restaurants with exquisite cuisine made from fresh organic food, exotic fruits, vegetables, and herbs which will all be grown on-site.
Its wine cellar will contains 5,000 bottles and will be especially selected for clients who know the difference between a good wine and an exceptional wine.
For a cozy evening in the indoor fine dining air conditioned restaurant, Jacket will be required and the dress code for the outside dining will be Caribbean Chic.
The chef’s creativity will allow the menu to change every season, giving you an opportunity to experiment a variety of signature dishes.
The natural fresh aromas of our organic food along with the complexity of a fine wine will be the culminating moment which will be transformed into a subtle balance between taste buds blended with the softness of a remarkable culinary experience.
